"It was a wonderful stay at your hotel, The staff were great and soooooo nice. Always very helpful in every respect. The breakfast team is great and the service in the evening was outstanding, You have fantastic people there who are doing their best to make your stay very special. We would suggest some culture events, arts exhibitions, fun events in the evening, social games, jazz music, theme evenings etc. to make your clients stay in the hotel to enjoy your quality of service. You have great potential just use it the right way."

"Diego was amazing and so kind and helpful and open to learn about our drink preferences, something new that he had never made before. Well done, Diego! Super friendly and great service! The lighting in the bar is a little sketchy, it can be too bright or dark and cozy, depending on where you sit. The music is a little funny, some songs come on very loud and some come on so soft you cannot hear them. Diego told us that the system was just that. The drinks were great and we enjoyed our time having a drink in the bar and we'll return!"
